1. Share your medical reports
Send us your recent test results, imaging (CD or report), prescriptions and a short description of your symptoms by WhatsApp or through our appointment form. The more complete your reports are, the more accurate the doctor's opinion will be.
2. Receive a doctor's opinion and estimate
We forward your reports to the right specialist at Bangkok Hospital. The hospital then shares a recommended treatment plan and an estimated cost, so you can decide before booking flights.
3. Confirm the appointment
Once you choose a date, we confirm the appointment with the hospital and request a medical invitation letter if you need a visa.
4. Visa, flights and accommodation
We guide you through the medical visa documents and can arrange flights, airport pickup and a hotel or serviced apartment close to the hospital for you and your attendants.
5. At the hospital
Our coordinators meet you in Bangkok, help with registration and arrange interpreter support for your consultations.
6. Follow-up at home
After you return, we stay your contact for online follow-ups with your doctor and for re-ordering prescribed medicines.
